To Judy and Family,
John will be sorely missed by ALL especially those with projects. We first met John when we moved across the street about 3-years ago. Going to dinner with John and Judy was always a nice night out and John was knowledgeable about almost everything especially if it was mechanical. We were attempting to hang a large wall clock in our office and I lamented to John that there were no studs in the walls. He leaned back, reached for a paper napkin and drew a sketch of exactly how to secure it. It's been 2 years and the clock is still securely on the wall.
Even though our association was short, he was a good friend with a brilliant mind and always enjoyable to hold a conversation with at neighborhood parties.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during these difficult times.
Love,
Ken and JoAnn Fonte'

I will miss you John. You were always there to help with my projects: plumbing, electrical, cutting boards and anything that I asked ... always with a smile. I will always remember sharing our life's memories. You were full of energy and an awesome neighbor. I know you are walking around in Heaven and helping all those in need. Rest in Peace John.

I met John who was married to my cousin Judy when I was teenager. He always made me and the family feel welcomed. John was a very hard working family man and we all cared so much for him. Now that you are in heaven, all of our side of the family is there with open arms. Just wanted everyone to know that he was a wonderful man and was so very good to my cousin, his wife Judy!!!R.I.P. I have known John and Judy Brown since 1979 and was always impressed at what a generous and brilliant man John was. He could do anything. Whenever I visited them, he would quietly slip out to take a look at my caddy. I had been complaining about an issue I was having and when my visit was over, my Caddy was purrring. Another time I had a problems with my A/C and John came over to Clearwater to assess the problem which was something minor and relieved my anxiety about having to replace it. He was always there whatever my problem was!
A remarkable man who could build anything. He renovated his kitchen, raised the ceiling, put in a skylight and built a fireplace that faced the living room and back to back with another fireplace that faced the parlor. He designed it himself and just went about getting it done! John even rebuilt a German computers. What problem if everything was in German? John enjoyed providing the solution and you never had to ask him. He just relished getting it solved. He could fix, renovate and design anything!
He was extremely generous, kind and humble. John embodied the true meaning of a friend and I will miss my dear friend John. God Bless YOU John! Say hi to Joe. Love, Sally Simino
