Obituary of Mary Lou Leaders
Leaders, Mary Lou, passed away on June 4, 2020 in Sun City Center; FL. Mary Lou was born on August 21, 1927 in Morenci, MI. She attended Adrian College and Michigan State University and graduated in 1950 with a Bachelor’s Degree. She moved to Florida in 1965 where she became a teacher. In 1966 she taught the first kindergarten class at the United Methodist Church in Ruskin, FL, and then continued her teaching career in the local area. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert L. Leaders, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Lori Johnson (Richard), step-son, Rance L Leaders (Linda), of Michigan, step grand-daughter, Amber Leaders, Step-grandson, Grant Leaders, both of Washington, niece, Nancy Buck Graf, nephews, Larry Buck, Richard Buck and Thomas Buck, all of California. She will be interred alongside her beloved husband at the Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota FL.
