Obituary of Rosemary Smelser Bernhardt
Rosemary Smelser Bernhardt is survived by two sons, Louis Smelser and Ted Bernhardt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews from around the area of Wapakoneta, Ohio. She met and married Louis Smelser Sr. who started the Pearl Harbor Survivors.org. Rosemary worked for Koker Blasting Co for several years and also volunteered with the Sun City Center Emergency Squad for many years.
